Mental health is a priority for the Scottish Executive, NHSScotland and others and in this respect the social inclusion agendas of the Framework for Mental Health Services in Scotland and our National Health are entirely relevant. Our National Health endorsed the principles of the Framework as providing a joint planning template for health, social work, housing agencies and voluntary sector partners for the provision of a modern comprehensive range of services and support from hospital to domiciliary care.
