The fourteenth Annual Report of the Scottish Advisory Committee on Distinction Awards (SACDA). Once again in 2012 the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing decided to freeze the awards budget meaning that no distinction awards were granted. Instead, the committee was required only to review existing awards in line with the normal five-yearly and supplementary review procedures.
