Scottish Government
The Scottish Government is the executive body in Scotland responsible for all devolved matters. It is accountable to the Scottish Parliament. The executive consists of the First Minister plus a team of Scottish Ministers including Law Officers. The statutory powers and duties exercised by UK Ministers in Scotland in relation to devolved matters have been transferred to Scottish Ministers.
New Zealand Guidelines Group
